Senior Java Application Developer (x1) This position is responsible for developing client and server-side web applications for Telecommunication Management. As a member of the team you will be responsible for building user interfaces for web and windows clients. You will also create web services and server-side objects to perform complex application functionality. This is a demanding position that requires rigorous unit testing and a fine attention to detail. Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Five years experience in Java/Oracle and two years experience in web services • Experience in large systems development on Linux and Windows • Strong object-oriented design and development background with understanding of common design patterns • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to adhere to formal coding standards and cooperate in a pair-programming environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Candidates should have: • Eclipse 3.0, SWT and JFace • Tomcat, Apache and Axis • LDAP |
