Bitek Customer Support - Training

Bitek leaves nothing to chance. Every Bitek solution is accompanied by in-depth training courses that are personalized to suit your specific needs and way of doing business. Top notch instructors will be on hand to make sure you understand how to optimize the use of your BTMS solution. Best of all, you will be trained using your own data on your own hardware. While we highly recommend that you take your training classes in the undisturbed environment of our training center in California , we also can bring the classes to your site. Either way, your training will consist of hands-on, personal instruction.

Course lengths and schedules are based upon the BTMS modules you have chosen to implement and the requirements of your specific applications. Upon successful course completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing your new status as either a Certified System Administrator with responsibility for the entire database or a Certified Module Administrator with responsibility for particular modules.

After your initial system installation and training courses are complete, Bitek will continue to be with you every step of the way. We also offer additional courses at our training center for new system or module administrators, as well as refresher courses and ongoing training for current administrators.
