The Bitek Telecommunications Management System (BTMS) is a comprehensive communication management solution that audits your communications resources from one simple to use system. BTMS tracks usage and costs associated with incoming, outgoing, local, internal, long distance, toll free, international calls in real time, providing instant access to all usage activity records. Other communication activities and related charges for labor, material, wireless usage, calling cards, voice mail, taxes, service fees, and surcharges also may be tracked and allocated to the appropriate user or departmental account. Recurring charges can be allocated to a single account or split among multiple accounts. BTMS automatically prorates charges within, or across, months and produces a single consolidated record or bill for all charges at the end of the month.
